According to the Money Laundering Act (GwG) of 13 August 2008, we are
required to verify the identity of our customers by asking you to show
your identity card and by recording your details. We would also like to point out
that we also act for the seller on a commission basis. The commission is earned
upon conclusion of the notarised purchase agreement and becomes due for payment
in accordance with the statutory provisions; in this case, for the buyer this is 2.5%
of the purchase price including VAT. We would also like to point out
that all information provided originates from the vendor.
